1. Draft in Markdown

Write the weekly source in publish/weekly/, keeping evidence and internal context visible while the brief is still being shaped.

2. Prepare web copy

Trim internal-only details, remove Obsidian-only links, and compress the piece into a small public-friendly structure.

3. Publish to site

Add the HTML page here, update the listing page, then deploy the static directory through Cloudflare Pages.
